AL Rudinsky is a Human Resource Management student at Florida International University (FIU). They are deeply passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and are committed to advocating for fair treatment and equal opportunities in the workplace. AL has demonstrated leadership through founding and serving as Secretary for the Fresh Club, as well as Vice President of Spiritual Beings. They completed the Disney College Program and are a twice-inducted member of the International Business Honor Society. AL is dedicated to fostering inclusive and high-performing work environments.
